If you find one of our products on sale for a lower price on this site or any other, we will gladly sell you the item for the same amount. Up to 31 days after the purchase, we are happy to refund the difference to you. To verify, just send us the advertisement or proof of purchase of the product.

Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return the item within 31 days for a prompt, courteous refund. Our return policy is simple. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-556-3113 (10 am to 5 pm CST Monday through Friday) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. (no exchanges or returns will be accepted without this number). Once you receive this number, make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return. All returns or exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in like new condition in the original boxes. You must contact Customer Service within 31 days from the day you receive return authorization. Refunds may be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchange.

Free Freight Policy

The Free Freight program specifies that Fitness Factory Outlet will pay the Common Freight Carrier charges on all Body-Solid and Endurance brand equipment over $99 (USD), and are delivered within the 48 contiguous United States only. Please note that Body-Solid Iron brand items, such as dumbbells and weight plates, are not included.

For common freight carrier deliveries, they will contact you to schedule a delivery date. You must be home on said delivery date. The delivering company is responsible to bring the equipment to the end of the truck only. It is the customers responsibility to remove the equipment from the truck and into their home.
