I've been lifting since I was in high school, and I love the way weight lifting affects my physique and energy and self confidence. That being said I've been trying to get back in shape since shoulder surgery six months ago. I do most of my lifting in a small gym I put together with my brother at our shop, and thus far all we've had is a full-length bar used primarily for bench pressing and other exercises. With this curl bar I finally found a way to work biceps and triceps easier than using the awkward full length bar and have since felt a huge improvement in my workouts. I recommend getting the spring clamps with this product.
