I ordered a set and they are just what I needed! Works well with my dumbbells...I have a squat rack so hanging the dumbbells in place is with ease now if you have a small bench press they might not work as good because they would be to close to your head and would be right in your face....But if you use a squat rack like I do for bench preses these hangers are a must for your dumbbells....
