About the Trainers Steve and Tori Bradford are Certified Personal Trainers in the Aurora, IL area. In January of 2009, they opened their own training studio, where they focus on their passion of creating "True Health" for their clients. Steve studied Sports Science at Waubonsee from 1999 to 2002, and later received his Personal Training Certification through ACE. Since then, he has also obtained Bigger Faster Stronger certifications, both in High School Performance coaching, and Plyometrics. Tori studied, design at C.O.D., but later found her passion working in fitness and received her Personal Training Certification through ACE. In the last 2 years, Tori has also earned certifications in Prenatal/Postpartum Training, Breast Cancer Recovery Exercise Program Design, and Running. Steve and Tori have both received nutrition certifications from Dr. Ray Strand, and studied Kettlebell and Bootcamp training at great length. They currently work with a variety of clients that range from athletic performance enhancement to serious weight loss programs, both at their studio and in-home.
