Workout Space of the Week
Emptied out my (under the house) garage during Christmas, bought some new stuff and moved my gym from my small basement room into it. For Christmas I added the Commercial grade GDCC250 Deluxe cable crossover, the GVKR60 Knee Raise machine, the GPM65 Plate Loaded Pec Machine and the Commercial grade SPB368G Shoulder Press Olympic Bench to my existing gym. Original gym included the GCEC340 Cam Series Leg Extension and Curl machine, the GSRM40 Seated Row Machine, Leg Press and Hack Squat machine, Seated Calf Raise Machine, Squat Rack, Preacher Curl Bench, Utility Bench, Olympic decline/flat/incline bench, High and Low Pulley Lat Machine, Dumbbell Rack with CAP Dumbbells from 5 to 90 Lbs. by 5s, 2 PowerTech Plate Trees with 1,900 Lbs. of CAP Olympic Plates, a LifeFitness Recumbent LifeCycle, a LifeFitness Elliptical and Treadmill, Spri Fitness Ball and my exercise floor mat all on a commercial grade rolled rubber flooring. Room is approx. 30’ x 16’.

Health & Fitness Tip: Forehand Strength
To build forearm strength, especially for tennis and racquetball, crumple a newspaper: lay a newspaper sheet on a flat surface. Start at one corner and crumple it into a ball with your dominant hand for 30 seconds. Repeat with your other hand.
