Workout Space of the Week
I’ve attached pics of my old-school dingy basement gym area. It features several of your steller products:
Body-Solid Smith System, Dumbell set/rack, Roman Chair, Situp bench, Dip/push-up/pull-up station. Using this gym for the last several years, I’ve lost 25 lbs, 2 waist sizes in my pants, upped my bench to 240, upped my pull-ups to 15, upped my dips to 20+, push-ups to 40+, dropped blood pressure and cholesterol meds and managed to keep my sanity with 3 and 5 year old girls!

Health & Fitness Tip: Fast Food Tips
You can eat four apples for the number of calories in a fast food apple pie. You can have five cups of unbuttered popcorn for the same calories as in one serving of potato chips. Fast food is designed to be cheap and mouth watering, but a health conscience person doesn't have to stay away if their friends or family want to go. Use mustard instead of mayo on sandwiches, bean burritoes are a better choice than loaded tacos, get dressing on the side for salads and make sure it is low fat, try to substitute wheat bread for white if given the option, many places have chili which is better than most fast food sandwiches.
