Health & Fitness Tip: Tricep Push-up on Ball
Place a stability ball on the floor and while standing over the ball, place your hands on top of the ball so that your thumbs and index fingers touch forming a triangle shape. Now walk your feet back away from the ball until you are in a push-up position. With your feet about shoulder width apart, lower your chest towards the ball then push back up to the starting position for a tricep push-up. This will definitely gets your tris burning! For an easier version, place the ball next to the wall and perform the same exercise but from your knees.
