Workout Space of the Week
We both love starting the day in our favorite room in the house. Someday's the day ends in here too. This is my favorite room in the house. I'm there every morning around 3:30 till around 5 then off to work. 45 min to 1 hour on treadmill after work. I also have a homemade leg press machine outside, My wife's area is the recumbent bike with the lighter dumbells. The next investment will be a large smith machine to replace some of this equipment. We hike in the mountains around Phoenix, eat well, and are in very good shape for folks in our mid 50's and plan to stay this way.
