Workout Space of the Week
I have a Powerline Cable Crossover and Seated Calf Raise Machine and the Body-Solid Bicep Bomber. I also purchased the T-Bar Row Platform and Lat Blaster Bar from Fitness Factory. The additional equipment is a Weider C670 Weight Rack, Apex Slant Board and Roman Chair, a DP Bench, Pure Fitness Preacher Curl Bench, Everlast Heavy and Speed Bags.
