Good bench but - Bradley Darwin

Make sure you have a good 2-3 hours for assembly (no joke). The instructions are awful - I am not kidding. They are useless. If you are not good at putting things together, get a different bench. Also make sure you have tools (pliers/crescent wrench) or you are out of luck. I finally got it together and am pleased with it; it is very comfortable.

Excellent bench, could have better installation instructions as all it comes with is a schematic.

Great bench since 2006 - Jim

First, I am not mechanically inclined, but the instructions were easy and with a wrench/ratchet I had this together in about an hour. I bought this with 4 sets of dumbbells in the summer of 2006 and use it about 4 days a week. It goes from flat to incline with two easy moves. The foam/support has not fallen, and even though I am a sweaty beast as I use it after 30 on the treadmill, it looks and smells like new. It has also gone through 6 moves (military) to include it now being in Korea. Great bench, worth the investment for long-term. I would advise picking up a rubber mat or two with it. But it also sat fine without one prior to moving to a house with tile floors.
