Does Fitness Factory Outlet charge sales tax?
As an Illinois (IL) licensed business, Fitness Factory Outlet is required to collect sales tax from all Illinois residents. If you live outside of Illinois, you will need to comply with any applicable sales taxes in your state.
Does Fitness Factory Outlet charge for shipping and delivery?
Yes, however we currently offer free freight shipping in the U.S. for Body-Solid and Endurance brand products over $99 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Please read our Shipping information page, under the Services and Support tab above.
When will I be contacted regarding delivery?
Items are scheduled for final delivery when your order is complete. If your order is being shipped "freight" you can expect to be contacted by the freight company within 10 to 15 business days to schedule delivery.
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
It's rare, but sometimes equipment sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, make sure to not any damages on the freight bill next to your signature and contact Customer Service Immediately, toll free at 1-800-556-3113, Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). In the event that your purchase is seriously damaged and needs to be returned, always keep the original packing cartons. All returns must be arranged through our Customer Service Department as Fitness Factory Outlet is unable to pay for unauthorized repairs or returns.
