Tank

FIRST DEGREE FITNESS Limited warrants that the APOLLO PRO V / VIKING PRO V (model APPV / VKPV), purchased from an authorized agent and in its undamaged original packaging, is free from defects in materials and workmanship. FIRST DEGREE FITNESS Limited or its agent will, at their discretion, repair or replace parts that become defective within the warranty period, subject to the specific inclusions and exclusions below.

Main Frame – 10 Year Limited Warranty	FIRST DEGREE FITNESS will repair or replace the Apollo Metal Main Frame / Viking Wooden Main Frame of the Rower should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 10 years of the original purchase. Warranty does not apply to frame coating.
Polycarbonate Tank & Seals – 5 Year Limited Warranty	FIRST DEGREE FITNESS will repair or replace the polycarbonate tank or seals should they fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 5 years of the original purchase.
Mechanical Components (of a non-wearing nature) – 2 Year Limited Warranty	FIRST DEGREE FITNESS will repair or replace any mechanical component should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase. All Other Components (of a wearing nature) – 1 Year Limited Warranty	FIRST DEGREE FITNESS will repair or replace any component should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 1 year of the original purchase. Specific Inclusions Bungee Recoil Cord Hand Grips & Footstraps Polyester Rowing Belt Seat and Seat Runners All Pulleys, Rollers & Bearings All Rubber Components Monitor & Speed Sensor (excluding replaceable batteries) Footplates (pivoting & sliding) General Exclusions Damage to the finish of any part of the machine Damage due to neglect, abuse, incorrect assembly or use of the machine Any charges for freight or customs clearance associated with the return or dispatch of parts Any damage to or loss of goods during transport of any kind Any labour cost associated with a warranty claim General Conditions The serial number of the machine must be correctly registered with FIRST DEGREE FITNESS Limited or one of its appointed distributors FIRST DEGREE FITNESS Limited reserve the right to examine any part where replacement is claimed under warranty Warranty period applies only to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable The product must be returned to your place of purchase in original packaging with transportation, insurance and associated charges paid for by you and risk of loss or damage assumed by you FIRST DEGREE FITNESS makes no other warranties except as stated here and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this warranty. Freight Delivery (LTL)

Important! Due to recent events, shipping times have increased. Here are our current shipping times:

Freight Orders: 10-14 working days
Cancellation: 24HRS Must cancel order with in 24hrs of Placing order. Orders cancelled after they have been processed and shipped will incur all shipping cost from and returning to the manufacturers warehouse.

Large, heavy, or high value items will ship via LTL freight carrier. These shipments usually have extended handling times, then ship from the Chicagoland area. Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY usually during business hours, you must be present and a signature is required.

The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. They will use the phone number on your order confirmation to call you, please ensure this is the best method to reach you. Please contact us if you need to add or change this number. Additional fees may be incured for redelivery if you are not present for the scheduled appointment, or if they cannot reach you to schedule the delivery.

During delivery the carrier truck will park on the street as close to your address as possible. An optional Lift-Gate service lowers the palletized shipment down to the ground curbside. Please call us for additional services like white glove delivery or installation.

Damage: It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to the truck's departure. Please note any damage to packaging, and missing items on the freight bill. Ensure the number of boxes present matches the number on the bill This will aid in the return/replacement process.

Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly as soon as possible at 800-383-9300 and have your order number ready. Some changes may be not possible, and carriers may charge a fee if the item is already in the area of your old address, and must be relocated.

Limitations: Please call us at 800-383-9300 for shipping to APO, FPO or PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations. Shipping to islands within the continental United States may require an additional charge, click for a partial list of islands
