I just received mine yesterday but I can feel a difference already! It was simple to inflate and was even a bit of a workout. :) I can already feel a difference in my posture and I can really feel my muscles working in my thighs, back, and abs. If you lift both feet off the ground just a tiny bit every once in a while, it's a fantastic ab workout. I know that I will really enjoy my new "office chair". :) I highly recommend this to anyone that has a desk job and is looking to burn some extra calories while they work.

after serious back surgery, finding a way to sit at a desk was tough. Finally, I took the advice of an ortho nurse and began sitting on this ball. Not only did my posture improve, but I found myself moving gently, forward, back, side to side, and wow. The back is stronger, less painful with far fewer spasms. I found myself being able to sit for longer hours. And because I can't slouch and lean back, I feel more comfortable.
