Is overgripping ruining your game & causing you pain?
If you play golf, tennis, cycle or lift weights, or if you drive, text or type, you are overusing your gripping muscles while under-using your expanding muscles, the muscles that open your hands, causing imbalances that at their best hurt performance & at their worst cause pain & injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Hand X Band™ was specifically designed to exercise & strengthen your expanding muscles, balancing all of that over-gripping. Hand X Band™ is compact, durable & easy to use. Hand X Band™ will help you strengthen your expanding muscles correcting the imbalances caused by over-gripping.

For every push, there is a pull!
A strong grip is essential in just about every sport. Numerous products exist to build your grip strength, but you would never think of only training your biceps & never train your triceps. Hand X Band; was developed to exercise your extensors, the muscles that open your hand. Hand X Band exercises the abductors to your grips' adductors, your antagonist muscles to your grips' agonists. "Research shows that a muscle's contractions will be stronger and more powerful if preceded by contractions of its antagonist (opposing) muscle group." - Jim Stoppani, PhD
Golf... because your hands are the only thing between you & your club!
Improve your game:
In golf, a proper grip is essential. Your grip controls the club! A strong grip controls speed; a precise grip controls accuracy. Where the face goes, the ball goes. Too tight you slice; too loose you hook. Your grip controls your body! Weak hands translate to a rigid & tight body which decreases distance & accuracy; conversely, strong hands make for a relaxed body which increases distance & accuracy. Straighten & lengthen your shots while improving accuracy with Hand X Band ™!
Once you have golfers' elbow, your game will never be the same.
"Golfer's elbow can also be due to grip tension, limited flexibility in forearm muscles, strength imbalance in the arm, or overuse."
Tennis... why do you need two hands for a backhand!
Improve your game:
Strong hands, wrists & forearms help control the racquet for stronger & more precise shots. You gripping muscles control your forehand which is strong, but your expanding muscles, which are much weaker, control your backhand. Strengthen your grip & build symmetry in your swing with Hand X Band™!
Once you have tennis elbow, your game will never be the same.

Other tips to prevent and/or rehabilitate tennis elbow:
Choose tennis racquets with larger head sizes & grip bands to reduce arm vibration
Reducing string tension & avoiding "dead" balls with reduced bounce can decrease energy transfer to the arm
Choose grips that are properly sized (avoid grips that are too large or too small)
Proper coordination between trunk & arm allows for maximum energy transfer at ball contact & reduces demands on the arm

Cycling... balance all of those miles of over-gripping!
"Finger Extensions with a Band: . . .moving the fingers and hand in the opposite direction from a typical squeezing exercise which creates a good training balance."
-Arm Pump Solutions by Rodney Womack, CSCS
"I did a 5 hour Ironman race where it was pretty much a hare scramble for 5 hours straight a month ago and NEVER did my fingers get tired or fatigued. The rest of my body was shot, but because of hand x-band, my hands/fingers where still good and ready for more riding!"
-Jason Raines, 6 AMA Championships, 38 National Events Wins, 3 ISDE Gold Medals, 1 Japanese National Championship, several top 2 finishes in the GNCC series.
Prevention & rehab... prevention is the goal, but rehab is a fallback!
"Hand X Band™ would be great for someone with carpal tunnel syndrome." This was a quote often heard in market research. The problem is, although Hand X Band™ could be a very important part of a carpal tunnel patients' rehab, the point of Hand X Band™ is prevention. Once injured, you are never the same. If you type, text, drive or any other activity that uses your gripping muscles, you need to balance all of that over-gripping with Hand X Band™!
"Repetitive Motion Disorders (RMD) are a family of muscular conditions that result from repeated motions conducted during the course of normal work or daily activities, such as, but not limited to typing, texting, driving, stress balls, mechanics, gardening, etc. RMDs include carpal tunnel syndrome, bursitis, tendonitis, epicondylitis, De Quervain's tenosynovitis, & trigger finger. RMDs are caused by too many uninterrupted repetitions of an activity or motion. Many of these are caused by repetitive, unopposed gripping. Consult your healthcare provider & consider Hand X Band ™ as part of a comprehensive prevention plan, or if too late, rehabilitation plan that includes rest, stretching & strengthening."
