The EXM1 Home Gym features a pre-welded frame in 2 major sub-assemblies, thus increasing stability while at the same time offering substantially reduced assembly time. The compact, feature-packed design of the EXM1 offers proven motion and pivot points for a fluid routine. To increase comfort and functionality, ergonomically correct press arms allow for natural arm movement as you cruise through your favorite workouts. This machine also offers the added benefit of an optional leg press station that can be mounted on either side of the gym. Finally, advanced engineering has resulted in exceptional range of motion and full adjustment for any size user.

The optional Leg Press Station operates on a 2 to 1 weight ratio giving the leg press an awesome 320 lb. of resistance (420 lbs. with stack upgrade)!

    Nice Home Gym

    Dealing with Fitness Factory was hassle free & easy. Had an issue with shipping, but corrected-nothing to do w /FF. Gym is easy to get where it needs to go as parts are broken down and not heavy. There is no organization to what's in boxes, so you have to open all-parts more or less scattered in boxes-but no big deal. Directions are easy to follow,***NOTE***some directions are apparently out dated and not 100% accurate-Learned that when I called Body Solid (some parts have been modified or no longer used-but shown) and some directions do not match the right hardware packages-so be aware. I put gym together myself with 1 arm (rotor surgery) in 6+ hrs-just had help with high pulleys I couldn't get to. Gym works smoothly, many exercises for all parts of the body (I got optional Leg press). Gym looks nice & compact ,so takes up minimal space in gym area. I had an issue with 1 part, but Body Solid customer service is Great and replacing part with no issues. Very Happy with purchase- between Fitness Factory and Body Solid your covered. And for what's its worth my bro in law bought the same gym with out leg press in 2005 and his gym is still 100% perfect and working fine...So quality should not be a concern, plus it's life warranty Great Buy!!

    Top quality gym

    I reviewed a lot of home gyms before selecting this one. I am very impressed with the quality. All the parts were there when it arrived. Very smooth and quiet operation. Very close to commercial quality. I am so pleased with the purchase. Very important to take the time to put it together correctly.
