• Delivery requires an appointment, and signature upon delivery. The freight carrier will call you a few days in advance to schedule
• Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY, during business hours
• A liftgate is included to get the shipment off the truck and onto the ground. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, setup, or bringing inside
• Cancellation: To cancel your order without incurring fees, you must cancel within 24 hours of your order.  Requests outside of the 24 hour window may not be possible if the item has already shipped.
