What shipping options are available at FitnessFactory.com?
At FitnessFactory.com we offer several shipping options including free shipping on all Body-Solid and Endurance by Body-Solid brand equipment over $99 (USD) as well as other select items throughout the website. Accessories and iron (including weight plates, dumbbells, and weight bars) are not included in this offer.

 

Where does FitnessFactory.com ship to?
FitnessFactory.com primarily ships equipment to the continental United States. While we do offer to ship to both Alaska and Hawaii, shipments to these states will usually incur additional freight charges. If additional freight charges are required, we will contact you via phone or email for approval prior to processing the order. You may also contact us for a freight quote prior to placing your order. Also, note that shipping to islands within the continental United States may require an additional charge.

 

Does FitnessFactory.com offer inside delivery and assembly service?
Some items purchased at FitnessFactory.com can be assembled by a team of qualified technicians for an additional charge. Service availability varies by location. This service includes delivering and assembling the specified item within the space of your choosing.

 

How does FitnessFactory.com ship my order?
Orders placed with FitnessFactory.com will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier depending on the item, delivery location, and other factors. Order less than 150 lbs. typically ship via FedEx. Large items will be shipped via freight trucking companies. Please note these common freight carrier policies below.

 

Terms of Service

 

Freight Carrier (LTL)

Large, heavy, or high value items may ship via freight carrier.  These shipments have extended handling times of 2-5 days, then ship from the Chicagoland area. Delivery takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY usually during business hours, you must be present and a signature is required.

The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. They will use the phone number on your order confirmation to call you, please ensure this is the best method to reach you.  Please contact us if you need to add or change this number. Additional fees may be incured for redelivery if you are not present for the scheduled appointment, or if they cannot reach you to schedule the delivery.

During delivery the carrier truck will park on the street as close to your address as possible. An optional Lift-Gate service lowers the palletized shipment down to the ground curbside. Please call us for additional services like white glove delivery or installation.

Damage: It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to the truck's departure. Please note any damage to packaging, and missing items on the freight bill.  Ensure the number of boxes present matches the number on the bill This will aid in the return/replacement process.

Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly as soon as possible at 800-383-9300 and have your order number ready. Some changes may be not possible, and carriers may charge a fee if the item is already in the area of your old address, and must be relocated.

Limitations: Please call us at 800-383-9300 for shipping to APO, FPO or PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations. Shipping to islands within the continental United States may require an additional charge, click for a partial list of islands

 

FedEx

Orders under 150 pounds have a handling time of 1-2 days, then ship by FedEx Home Delivery from the Chicagoland area. Sorry, we cannot ship FedEx to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes, call us at 800-383-9300 for these shipments. If you have an item(s) that qualifies for 'Free Shipping', you may still see a shipping charge if you have additional items that are not free shipping.

Signature Delivery: Certain items or delivery locations may require signature upon delivery. You can always add this service if necessary by contacting us before delivery. Signature is always the safest way to ensure delivery.

Damage: If the merchandise or packaging appears to be damaged upon delivery, contact us as soon as possible. Please have the order number and digital photographs of the damage ready to send.
