COVID-19 Update:

FitnessFactory.com remains open and shipping for the foreseeable future

To all FitnessFactory.com customers: 

We continue to work diligently to take all calls and process orders as quickly as possible. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and recent preventive measures employed by local state and federal authorities we have seen an unprecedented volume of calls, emails, and orders for our products. 

Our staff continues to work overtime to fulfill your orders and answer your calls/emails. We ask that you understand these are not normal circumstances and though all of us at FitnessFactory.com are diligently working, we are not able to keep up with normal shipping and response times. 

We appreciate your understanding and we will continue to process and ship your orders as fast as humanly possible.

If you’ve already placed an order:

If you are checking on an order please send all emails to sales@fitnessfactory.com and we will reply within 24 hours with both updates and ship times for your order. 

Currently, we are seeing small parcel shipments leaving the warehouse within three days. Larger freight orders are leaving in 5-7 working days. These shipping times can change and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Product Inventory:

As demands have exceeded supply, we are seeing some products run out of stock very quickly.

Unfortunately, due to the rapidity and volume of orders, out of stock notification from the manufacturer may not occur until after the order is received.

If this should happen, we will be reaching out to offer:

1. An alternative product from our inventory
2. A refund for the product you purchased
3. The ability for you to remain on the backorder list to receive the item as soon as it is back in stock.

I have purchased a lot of equipment over the last few years and a lot of it has been through Amazon. Boy what a mistake that was... I stopped in here because I was looking to buy a cable crossover machine. I had a specific one in mind so I stopped in to check it out. The staff was great. Really professional and laid back. No one was bugging me, but they were there for help when I needed it. I ended up purchasing the unit and it came in a couple days later. I've since bought a few more things, at better prices than the internet and got them home and setup faster."
