COVID-19 Update:

FitnessFactory.com remains open and shipping for the foreseeable future

To all FitnessFactory.com customers:

We continue to work diligently to take all calls and process orders as quickly as possible. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and recent preventive measures employed by local state and federal authorities we have seen an unprecedented volume of calls, emails, and orders for our products.

Our staff continues to work overtime to fulfill your orders and answer your calls/emails. We ask that you understand these are not normal circumstances and though all of us at FitnessFactory.com are diligently working, we are not able to keep up with normal shipping and response times.

We appreciate your understanding and we will continue to process and ship your orders as fast as humanly possible.

If you’ve already placed an order:

If you are checking on an order please send all emails to sales@fitnessfactory.com and we will reply within 24 hours with both updates and ship times for your order.

Currently, we are seeing small parcel shipments leaving the warehouse within three days. Larger freight orders are leaving in 5-7 working days. These shipping times can change and we will do our best to keep you informed.

Product Inventory:

As demands have exceeded supply, we are seeing some products run out of stock very quickly.

Unfortunately, due to the rapidity and volume of orders, out of stock notification from the manufacturer may not occur until after the order is received.

If this should happen, we will be reaching out to offer:

  1. An alternative product from our inventory
  2. A refund for the product you purchased
  3. The ability for you to remain on the backorder list to receive the item as soon as it is back in stock.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we look forward to fulfilling your fitness equipment needs. FitnessFactory.com wishes you, your friends and family much health and happiness during this trying time in our country.

Meet the Chicago Staff

Darin, Store Manager and Chicago Area Commercial Sales Manager

I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I competed at the National Level in the ADFPA powerlifting Federation before switching over and competing at the National Level in Olympic Weightlifting. During this time I became a Coach for both Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting. While working towards a degree in Health & Fitness Technology, I obtained certifications from USAW, ACSM, NSCA and ACE and was a personal Trainer in the Seattle Washington area. I eventually became a Strength & Conditioning coach.

I worked with the Seattle Supersonics running their Youth camps, was an Assistant to Peter Schmock, Seattle Mariners strength coach, and was the Strength Coach for the Seattle Reign, women’s Pro basketball team. During this time I also developed Strength & Conditioning programs for the Seattle Metropolitan High Schools and was a contributor to the Seattle times “On Fitness” Section. I later opened three fitness centers and went on to become a partner in 'Fitness 19', helping to open over 160 clubs nationwide. After selling in 2012, I took up CrossFit and later came to Fitness Factory. If you need fitness equipment for your home or commercial facilities stop in at Fitness Factory Chicago!
