I have been in the Fitness Industry for a little over 20 years. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them meet their in-home fitness needs. I was a runner in College at Moraine Valley and then finished up at Roosevelt. Besides being the tallest on the team I am very knowledgeable and looking to assist customers with the best fit for their workouts. I try to make it as easy as possible and always try and have fun.

At Eastern Illinois, I graduated with a bachelors in exercise science. I also have 5 years of personal training experience.
