I specialize in advanced exercise science for all populations, functional training, sport specific training, exercise prescription unique to the individual, & can efficiently breakdown the market analysis to ensure that you are in an optimal position for personal health & longevity. Throughout my life, fitness has always excited me. I was involved in many sports growing up including track, football, baseball, and basketball. At Eastern Illinois, I graduated with a bachelors in exercise science. I also have 5 years of personal training experience. If you are just starting your fitness journey or an experienced athlete, I am perfect person to help you chose the right fitness equipment for you.

“My wife and I stopped in to look for a replacement treadmill for our old one that had "died." We were greeted by Ken who asked us several screening questions as to what type of treadmill we were interested in, and one that would not only meet our needs, but also one that did not have features that we would never use. He was informative without being pushy, and did not try to steer us to a more expensive model. We were encouraged to try out several models and when we had decided on a few, Ken was kind enough to give us the details on each, and let us make the final decision. There was NO hard sell here. He was helpful, and, very informative. Once we decided on a model, Ken arranged for delivery and setup, and disassembly and removal of our current treadmill. Not only was the machine we purchased available at a discount, but Ken also applied a military veteran's discount. We ended up paying less for this new machine than we had for our present treadmill which we purchased in 2013! Ken was a pleasure to deal with. Not only was he knowledgable about his fitness equipment, he was a delight to do business with. If you're looking for exercise equipment, look no further - Ken Maxie is your go to guy.
