It's a GREAT addition to my homegym,doesnt take up much space, and the tricep function is also great. I've had it for 2 months now, and the results are clearly visible. 'arm day' is now my favourite training day of the week, I always look forward to it.

This used to be my favorite machine at the gym and I was continually annoyed by people lining up to use it, stressing me out and shortening my rep cycle. Now I've got the machine at home and I couldn't be happier. This is a solid, sturdy, gym-quality machine.
This is a great machine for biceps, triceps. The angle is a little less than the gym units. On biceps it is very easy at the start, but difficult at contraction. It will work the biceps well however. On other reviews I have seen complaints on the triceps movement. The secret is to not do triceps as shown in the picture or video as there is no leverage when using any real weight. The trick is to lean into the bench, with your chest against the pad and your head resting on the pad. This makes the exercise almost like behind the neck extensions. It solves the leverage problem and allows you to use sufficient weight to really burn the triceps. Overall the machine quality is great. The instructions are terrible. ( Do not put the arm pad on until last.) Overall the machine is well worth the money.
