Mono LIFT
Who knew lifting alone could be so much fun? After smacking my J-Cups a couple of times on a decline bench I thought I better invest in this set of arms. Now I use them for EVERYTHING - Squats, Calves, Decline, Flat, Incline - wherever a bar goes, they go. Super cool, they simply collapse out of the way upon lift off - just wish they weren't so darn heavy. Oh well, its weight lifting right? A must have accessory if you work out solo.
