Users can upload personal photos, save up to 10 favorite workouts, and set custom quick keys for speed and incline adjustments. Personal information like name, age, weight, and height can be input for accurate tracking and recommendations. Passcode protection ensures privacy and security, making for a tailored and secure fitness experience that caters to individual tastes and needs.
