This product needed to be put together from the ground up. We use it daily and really like it. There are four pulley sites, so my husband and I can exercise at the same time. When no one is using the cable crossover, we use that open area to do floor exercises. You do have to be creative in doing exercises that focus on lats and hip abd and add. Really, your creativity limits you on this piece of equipment. My husband even uses the top bar to do pull-ups. This product is worth the money.
I just purchased this cable crossover, because I have a fitness book nearly dedicated to crossover excercises. The price did not make me think that I was going to get a high quality piece of equipment. However, I have been impressed with the quality. Metal is machined well with nice edges and operation of the equipment is smooth. The only complaint that I have is the lack of setup directions. I could not find any in the box nor on the internet, so we put it together based on the picture and diagram. We did not have any major problems putting it together. I have not had it long but think I definitely got what I paid for.

This Powerline cable crossover is an exceptional piece of fitness equipment. I purchased this unit about a year ago and have loved using it ever since. It's smooth, articulates well, price is great, and it's very functional. The only complaint is the handles that come with it. Get yourself a set of padded grips and you'll be ready to go. Highly recommend.
