Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee


Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your FitnessFactory.com order, simply contact us within 31 days of receiving your product to obtain an authorization for a return or exchange.

Obtaining Return Authorization Number

Our return policy is simple. To obtain a Return Authorization Number call our Customer Service Department at (800) 383-9300 (10am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday). Absolutely, no exchanges or returns will be accepted without this number

Shipment

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, you must immediately make arrangements to ship the items you wish to exchange or return back to FitnessFactory.com.

All returns must be clearly marked with the Return Authorization number and must be shipped back freight prepaid in like-new condition in the original boxes.

Shipping costs on returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be received on completed authorized returns. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned without their original boxes.

Special Orders

Items that are not normally stocked by FitnessFactory.com and deemed to be a ‘special order item’ are not eligible to be returned for a refund. If you have questions or need clarification on our policies please contact us at 800-383-9300 and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

We are always happy to assist you in changing, modifying or even cancelling your order. It is important to contact us immediately so we can adjust your order before it gets processed and shipped. For that reason, any order cancellations or modifications must be made with a FitnessFactory.com customer service representative by phone within one business day of placing the order by calling (800) 383-9300, 10am – 5pm CST. Cancellations or Modifications cannot be accepted or confirmed by email or fax. Any shipping charges on orders cancelled after they have shipped is the responsibility of the customer.

Price Protection Guarantee

If you find one of our products on sale for a lower price on this site or any other, we will gladly sell you the item for the same amount. Up to 31 days after the purchase, we are happy to refund the difference to you. To verify, just send us the advertisement or proof of purchase of the product. Conditions of price protection include:

  • Price matching applies to exact models, in stock with warranties.
  • We reserve the right not to match auction site prices.
  • Competitor must be authorized by manufacturer.
  • Competitor must not violating manufacturer's MAP policy (minimum advertised price).
  • Competitor's price must be clearly labeled and have item in stock.
