For use on selectorized weight stacks. Allows you to increase resistance in smaller increments. No need to jump in 10, 15 or 20 lb. increments any longer. Features thick, protective virgin rubber molded over a solid steel core for a lifetime of trouble-free use. Will not slip, slide or fall off.

  • 5 lb. Plate: Measures 4" wide, 5" deep, 2.5" tall
  • 2.5lb. Plate: Measures 4" wide, 5" deep, 1.5" tall
  • Important!  Stack adapters were designed for Body-Solid selectorized weight stacks.  Verify the dimensions for compatibility of other brands.
