By connecting the bar to both columns using the cables, you can use both stacks simultaneously for a smooth, unilateral movement. Get a grip on comfortable, efficient shoulder presses, bicep and tricep exercises, lat pulldowns and many other exercises using the Dual Press Bar. 

The Dual Press Bar lets you perform the following additional exercises:
