The Powerline by Body-Solid PLM180X Lat Machine lets you perform a wide variety of upper body building exercises like lat pull downs, triceps press downs, seated rows, upright rows and more.

Features on the PLM180X Lat Machine include dual position 8" foam rollers to hold you in position and patented nylon bushings offer super smooth operation. Weight post is 1" diameter standard while an optional sleeve adapter turns post into Olympic 2" post.

Nice addition to Home Gym

Nice machine for the price. Need to make a minor change to go from Lats to Rows but takes less than a minute to do. I am 6'3" and machine works for me but any taller and you may not get full reach.

Great Machine

I've had this one for a few years, and I love it. It still works flawlessly and has held up despite considerable use. Just note that the weight posts are for standard weights, so if you use Olympic weights, buy a set of adapters.

Bang for the buck it is

As I already have a commercial grade pull-down, I was looking to get a low row machine as cheaply as possible. This machine fit the bill. Everything about it is cheap. However, for the home user on a budget, it will suffice quite nicely. It takes up only a small amount of space and is quite a light piece of equipment. So, it's easy to move around if necessary.
