Leg Extensions are designed for ultimate strengthening of the knee and thigh muscles.
Do Leg Curls for maximum concentration of hamstring and glute muscles. Post is 1" for standard size plates. Photos above show the GLDA1 attached to the Powerline PFID130X Bench.
