I love this rower. Please keep in mind that the resistance comes from your cable machine, so you need a cable machine for this to work. The seat slide is extremely smooth and the Rower has been a great addition to our home gym. It only weighs 43 pounds and the two wheels make it extremely easy to move to and from the cable machine. I highly recommend this Rower with a price that can't be better.
Great addition to my gym. I use to do my close grip rows on the floor. This machine is smooth and sturdy. I wish I had this a long time ago. I use it with my functional trainer.
