Does Fitness Factory Outlet charge sales tax?
As an Illinois (IL) licensed business, Fitness Factory is required to collect sales tax from all Illinois residents. If you live outside of Illinois, you will need to comply with any applicable sales taxes in your state.
When will I be contacted regarding delivery?
Items are scheduled for final delivery when your order is complete. If your order is being shipped "freight" you can expect to be contacted by the freight company within 10 to 15 business days to schedule delivery.
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
