Freight LTL Shipping Terms
1. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking. When the shipment reaches the most local distribution facility to you, the freight company will call to schedule your delivery. Freight deliveries are only available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours, generally, 8am to 5pm. If you miss the appointment, the carrier will charge a redelivery fee and possibly storage fees.
2. Delivery drivers do not assist with unloading boxes, unpacking or setup. This is a curbside tailgate delivery only.
3. Before signing for your order, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to inspect your shipment for missing or damaged boxes. If there is visible damage or missing boxes you must note that on the freight bill and contact us within 24 hours. DO NOT SIGN without inspecting. Please note any visible damage or missing boxes when you sign. Failure to do so may result in an inability to file a damage/loss claim.
4. Once the order ships, please be alert for a call from the freight carrier to set up your delivery day. If they cannot reach you or cannot arrange a delivery in a reasonable amount of time, your order will be returned to us at your expense.
