The Powerline by Body-Solid PHYP200X 45 Degree Back Hyperextension Bench is a combination inverted back extension and oblique flexor designed for multiple health and fitness benefits.

Set at an exact 45 degree angle, the bench allows you to strengthen your lower back safely and comfortably and work your core abdominal muscles. At the same time, the inverted 45 degree angle releases the build up of tension in your back and body. Built for comfort the bench is equipped with four-inch, double-stitched, telescoping midsection pads that adjust for users of all sizes. The bench also has oversized eight-inch foam rollers that hold you securely in place. Built to last, the 45 Degree Hyperextension Bench carries a ten-year frame warranty and a one-year parts warranty from Powerline.

    I like mine

    Nice, sturdy quality unit and fairly easy to assemble. Much better than a cheaper one I purchased that collapsed on me, so worth the extra money. (I’m 260# and have no problems or concerns with this unit capacity-wise.) My only complaint is that the “handlebars” are too close together, and I have to concentrate on missing them. Six inches further apart would be nice. If you’re average-sized or smaller, you shouldn’t have a problem.

    Good Piece, made sturdy.

    I bought this hoping it would help me with lower back pain. So far I try and use it every other day, and I have noticed my back pain has decreased, so I am pleased. The item itself is stable even on carpet, and made of what seems like strong metal tubing and components. I knew if I was buying something of this nature, I wanted quality that would be easy and comfortable to use, and would last many many years. Assembly wasn't too bad, basic picture book nuts and bolts, I have seen worse. Overall, I have had this product for a few monthes now, and I'm satisfied with my purchase. Also, they sell this same model under different names at different stores, but this was the lowest price I found. A certain department store was about $50 more.
