The Body-Solid Pro Clubline SPRLFT Monolift is an excellent rack attachment for users focused on squats and bench presses specifically. This attachment reduces the chance of injury when lifting max weight while offering additional safety by removing the user's need to walk out on squats and avoid hitting j-cups during bench presses. Now I use them for EVERYTHING - Squats, Calves, Decline, Flat, Incline - wherever a bar goes, they go.
