Included with the Powerline by Body-Solid PPR500 are a pair of j-cups liftoffs and safety spotter arms allowing users to safely workout alone with peace of mind.

    Half rack prowerline

    Love this piece of equipment it allows me to lift and use safety&#039;s arms when by myself . also decline , incline presses seated shoulder press bent over Rowes, standing barbell curls . Well worth the money to be able to workout safe with solid built equipment
